  Very disappointing experience — would not recommend Last Saturday, my dog wasn’t feeling well, so I called the Zveropolis clinic hotline to ask for advice. I was told that since it was late and a Saturday night, I wouldn’t get accurate lab results if I came then. We agreed it would be better to come on Sunday. It wasn’t an emergency — we had previously been treated for cystitis — so I just needed to do an ultrasound and get lab tests done. I specifically asked over the phone if I needed an appointment for Sunday. The girl on the line clearly told me: “No, you can come anytime between 9 AM and 3 PM.” I agreed and planned my visit accordingly. I drove 40 minutes to the clinic with my dog, making sure she didn’t eat or go to the toilet, as that was important for the tests. I arrived at 2:00 PM — well within the hours I was told — only to be told at the reception that the cost would be double because it was Sunday. No one informed me about this over the phone, which was very frustrating. Still, I agreed to pay the extra cost to avoid stressing my dog again with another long trip. Then, after 5 minutes of waiting, the receptionist told me: “Sorry, the lab is closed.” I was shocked. I asked, “But you told me it’s open until 3 PM?” He simply said, “Yes, but today it closed at 2.” No one informed me. No one apologized. I asked to speak to a manager — they told me there was no management on site, only vets, and they were in surgery. I asked, “What am I supposed to do now?” They said, “Sorry, we can’t help you. We won’t take your samples today.” I left in shock, extremely disappointed. My dog was stressed, we wasted time, fuel, and energy — and for nothing. Now I have to go through the whole process again the next day. The most frustrating part was not even the double price — it was the complete lack of care and basic communication from the staff. Nobody tried to help, nobody took responsibility. Their attitude was cold and indifferent. For a veterinary clinic — that’s unacceptable. We had used this clinic before and had a decent experience, but after this — I would not recommend Zveropolis to anyone. The lack of professionalism and empathy is just beyond words.

  Most amazing vet we have ever been to. Our dog had a tumor, which they removed without delay. We walked in at 18:30 on a Friday and she was diagnosed and out of surgery by 23:30. Such caring and professional people.

  I sincerely recommend this clinic for the extremely fast and professional help provided. My old dog ​​Dipse had a very complicated surgery which was successful. Thank you for your care, hard work and all the help, especially to Dr. Bartłomiej Kasprowicz, who was make us sure that everything will be fine, and to his colleagues and all the staff. 🙏🏽 Maybe it's a daily routine for you at work, but for us patients, you are miracle makers who save the lives of our family members. I am so thankful that my love is alive and still with us.. 🤍

  Great impression from our visit. Very attentive and professional vet doctor, answered all our questions. Definitely we gonna use their services again. Clinic is new, very clean and nice looking, everybody speaks English (huge advantage here, in Warsaw), pricing is average.
