I’ve had the pleasure of bringing my pet here several times, and every experience has been exceptional. The veterinarians are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the well-being of the animals. They take the time to explain everything clearly and treat every pet as if it were their own. The staff is kind, compassionate, and always welcoming, which instantly puts both pets and their owners at ease. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and has such a calming atmosphere. And the pet hotel? Truly top-notch—safe, clean, and super comfortable. I never have to worry when leaving my pet there. I know they’re in the best hands possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care and a perfect place to board your pets. I wouldn’t take my furry friend anywhere else!

I am bringing my cat there for pretty much every procedure. We did there vaccination, chipping and castration. My experience so far is positive. Majority of stuff speaks English and friendly. I left highly satisfied with the castration surgery they performed on my cat about 2 months ago. I was super nervous, but doctors and nurses were very patient and answered all my 10000000 questions. They also called me in the middle of the day to confirm that the surgery was successful. They gave a detailed instruction in English on how to take care of cat after surgery. Even though the evening after surgery was horrible, can was still under anesthesia and she seemed to be in huge pain, already next morning she felt much better. After that, cat recovered very fast with no complications. Postoperative suture was healing perfectly. I am very grateful for their professionalism and for my healthy cat.

Overall a very good experience. Sometimes it takes more time for your appointment (what is understandable), but they are usually on time. The only thing that I think could be improved (and this can be fixed while setting the appointment), is to suggest to have the same veterinarian as you had prior (it makes things easier for a long term partnership)

I recommend this vet clinic. All vet doctors love pets and are very attentive to their clients. Usually you make an appointment in advance but in critical situation (e.g. a tick bite) they can take you without a preliminary appointment with a doctor.

I have an aggressive cat and therefore it is necessary to do sedation for the examination, the doctors knew it and were warned many times. As a result, they took not enough blood for analysis and offer to put my animal to sleep again and again to pay for everything! Nice 👍
