The doctor (principal one) is pretty good, we bring our dog always there, but NOT ANY MORE , I waited 1 hour and 10 min 😠 The lady (I guess is an intern) provides very BAD service. I scheduled an appointment one week before, and when I arrived this lady prioritized 4 people before of me because they only wanted medicine and it will be faster, then I told her that was my turn and the lady said that first will go another girl because her pet needs only a vaccination (and this girl had not appointment) They last 20 min!!!!!!!! By then, more than an hour had passed!

Very professional and caring doctors! I never had so much attention in human clinic as here for my cat. Doctors work non-stop there is always somebody waiting so it's better to call and book a visit. Even though there are a lot a patience they remembered my cat when we came second time and called to ask about her health when we didn't come for some time. Definitely recommend it!

I’ve visited some great vets in Mexico, some terrible vets in the United States, and some average vets in France, but Dr. Waldemar is perhaps the best vet in the world! He always makes time when he can (but is almost always booked so I recommend trying to book in advance). He is very direct about the procedure and doesn’t do extravagant work to take your money. He truly has a doctor’s intuition. We tried another vet in Krakow and were sorry we didn’t wait for an appointment from Dr. Waldemar. We hope we will find a vet like him when we move again. 100% recommend

Excellent service and highly knowledgeable vets. Their diligence in following up after I brought my dog for GI issues was much appreciated. They also issued a pet passport and checkup required for travel with only a day's notice. Would most definitely recommend, especially to expatriates requiring an English speaking vet.

Very expensive! They do the test for my cat and ask for 280 zl without explaining the details of the payment for each and then for taking the results , again payment! Just for a check up even too expensive. People do surgeries in this city with that amount! The cleannes didnt satisfy me either. Also, people who don't have Polish speaking friends, consider it, because there was a language problem with English and I had to take my friend for Polish.
