very grateful for today’s visit. it was first time and we were quickly registered. my dog had eye problem which wasn’t very awful however vets took it very seriously and made a through check. My dog isn’t very friendly but there was zero judgement. Prices are affordable 👍🏻 I am planning to come back if I need more complicated procedures. Thanks!

Amazing service and people. For those who speak Ukrainian or come from Belarus - you will be assisted by a manager speaking your language! That actually did save me, coz I have no clue how to care about our doggy… :o)

Went with my kitten for the very first visit. I didn't need to book appointment and we didn't have to wait! The doctor was very nice and fast which is good because my kitten was a bit nervous. We finished all examinations, nails cutting and vaccination within 15 minutes. Will be back for sure.

USING GOOGLE TO SAVE A PUPPY! I used to bring my chihuahua puppy here every month, for monthly check ups. Suddenly 1st February she started coughing, doctor gave us cough syrup, and scheduled an appointment in 7 days. 8th February from the morning I noticed weird behavior of my dog, she couldn’t breath, her tongue start turning into grey-blue. We went to the vet as soon I saw that. Doctor checked, asked question, and left to consult with other (male) doctor. He came with ultrasound, it didn’t work, they went to do X-Ray, when they got the results, he assumed that my dog got hit by a car, bigger dog, or human. Her lungs were full of water. (Never happened, she was always with me). They didn’t know what to do and instead of telling me, that they cannot help, and I should find another place to save my dog’s live, they started to google what to do. He tried to perform something according to google’s step by step instructions! As a result I lost my 7 month old puppy! How come a week ago during the examination doctor didn’t hear that her breathing and a heartbeat were not okay?! How come the doctor google how to perform the procedure?! How come the doctor tries to remove the water from lungs using needle and his MOUTH?! If you got a puppy and searching for a vet clinic, avoid this one in order to save your pet!

A very nice and professional veterinarians here. They speak Polish, English and German for sure so don't hesitate if you don't speak Polish and you need to check your pet's health.
