  I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible care my baby cat received during her recent dental scaling. As a pet parent, I was incredibly anxious about the procedure, but the entire team made the experience as smooth as possible. The doctor, Pani Agata, was simply wonderful. She provided a wealth of clear explanations about every step of the process, addressing all my fears and concerns with patience and empathy. Her useful recommendations for ongoing dental care were invaluable, giving me confidence in maintaining my cat's oral health moving forward. A special mention must go to the lady anaesthetist. Her calm was incredibly comforting, not just for my cat, but for me too. And finally, thanks to the cardiologist who performed the heart ultrasound. Her expertise ensured that every precaution was taken, providing crucial peace of mind before the procedure. The professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion demonstrated by the entire team were outstanding. They turned a potentially stressful experience into one where I felt fully supported and confident that my beloved cat received the best possible care. I highly recommend the services to any pet owner seeking exceptional veterinary attention.

  We are very grateful to the staff of the Lupus Clinic and especially to Dr. Agatha for helping our cat. On Tuesday, we brought the cat for an examination with a complaint of pain in the mouth (we booked the nearest free time through the website), and on Thursday she had surgery. When on Friday we had problems with the cat refusing to eat and because of this we could not give her medicine, I called the hospital and they immediately told us to bring her to them. They gave her medicine and put her on an IV. A little over a week has passed - the cat is happy again and enjoys life.

  The staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Our cat and dog required some extensive treatment and the vets did everything to make it possible. At the same time the appointments are scheduled on the point and you barely ever have to wait unlike in other vet clinics.
