  I visited this veterinary clinic recently with my 15-year-old cat who was very ill—vomiting, not eating, and barely drinking any water. While the staff did administer fluids and some medication to stabilize him temporarily, the overall experience left me disappointed and concerned. First of all, I never received a clear diagnosis or explanation about what was causing my cat's symptoms. Communication was poor—no one called to follow up on his condition or advise on next steps for care. It felt like once we left the clinic, their involvement ended. Most of the people attending to the animals appeared to be students with limited experience. This reflected in the way my cat was handled and the superficial nature of the care he received. On the first day, blood tests were taken and I was told everything looked fine. Yet, on the second day, they asked to take blood again, which seemed inconsistent and unprofessional. After the second blood draw, my cat began having issues with his front paw where the blood was taken. He’s clearly in pain even now, days later. This raises serious concerns about how the procedure was performed and the overall level of care provided. Unfortunately, the experience felt more like a way to generate charges than to provide proper veterinary care. I do not recommend this clinic—especially if your pet requires serious attention and experienced hands. Updating review to answer to the owner's reply on 01.07.2025: I understand that your clinic is a business, and of course, businesses need to make money — and you clearly are making money. There are constantly people lined up at your door with their pets. However, I strongly disagree with your decision to leave such a responsibility in the hands of inexperienced "doctors" who have little clue how to act when an animal’s life is at risk. When I brought my cat to your clinic, he was literally dying. He was in a very bad state and big pain. Why did the next clinic I went they act immediately — diagnosing him properly and providing the right treatment without delay? Thanks to their expertise and urgency, my cat is now alive, happy, and back to his joyful self. That’s what real care looks like: professionals who know what they’re doing and treat animals with both competence and compassion. Let me highlight a few key failures that happened at your clinic: 1. Blood test mismanagement Blood was taken, and I was told everything looked fine (results shocked me because HE was NOT fine!). Later, I was told that the test only checked a few things and that a more in-depth analysis would’ve been more expensive — so it wasn’t done. Let me be clear: I was never informed of this limitation and never declined a full analysis. This was a critical failure in communication and judgment. 2. Second blood test and missing results A second blood test was done during the next visit. I was told the results would be sent via email “as soon as possible.” To this day, I have never received anything. This kind of negligence is unacceptable — especially when dealing with a critically ill animal. 3. Over-reliance on students or unqualified staff It’s clear most of the staff were students or trainees. While everyone has to learn somewhere, letting them work unsupervised or take the lead on critical cases is highly irresponsible. 4. Lack of billing and treatment transparency I was not provided with a clear breakdown of what was administered to my cat. No detailed invoice - what exactly is being charged. The priority at this clinic appears to be profit, not the well-being of the animals they’re supposed to help. So instead of making excuses in your response, I suggest you reflect on how your clinic is being managed and seriously reconsider your internal processes and training. Just take a look at your lower-star reviews — they reveal similar concerns (I've spent hours reading them). Unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow filtering by 1- and 2-star reviews, but if it did, you might be surprised by the recurring patterns in the feedback you receive. Have a good day.

  They are doing a great job! Qualified doctors and nurses! We arrived at night with a dog and they’ve helped a lot! Very pleasant, very careful and trying to help as much as possible!

  We had to bring my elderly dog to this vet in the middle of the night during an emergency. We were scared, heartbroken, and hoping for help. Unfortunately, we felt that the vet showed very little compassion or urgency when he saw my dog. His attitude came across as cold and dismissive, even though it was clear how serious the situation was. My dog passed away shortly after, and we were left feeling like we weren’t given the care, empathy, or attention we deserved in his final moments. Losing a pet is hard enough—being treated with indifference in such a vulnerable time made it so much worse. I’m sharing this in the hope that others will be treated with more kindness, and that no one else has to feel this way during such a heartbreaking moment.

  I can recommend this clinic. We did our second surgery there. First one was done in Elwet and was almost 2 times more expensive, and didn't work. So our poor cat had to be reoperated and the second time everything was much more complicated, but we like the attitude and work of Sfora. Thank you!

  This clinic is open 24/7, and I went there with my doggo after he had a bad seizure. After arrival, they saw the severity of the situation and offered immediate help. My dog could walk again at that point so we decided to wait. The waiting room is huge, so ideal when your pet is stressed quickly. We had to wait for quite a while but it was Saturday night and they had only a couple of people available. My dog got checked thoroughly, the doctor was really nice and most of the staff spoke English. We were sent back with some recommendations and pain killers. They couldn't make a diagnosis as it would require a neurologist, but I'm grateful for the help and the temporary relief provided.
