  We visited clinic with spine problems of my cat he was crying because of pain. We asked for emergency. And we were sitting more than hour. Than I asked again . We were said to wait maybe hour, maybe more. I really shocked and dissatisfied. The only thing they inform the price. Really the worst clinic and experience. We left and went to another clinic to save my cat. ugly service

  A WARNING to every pet owner in Warsaw. Please, read before you risk your animal’s life. I brought my cat here 3 times. He was clearly in distress: vomiting, straining, unable to poop. But no full ultrasound, no contrast X-ray, no diagnostics were done. They only gave fluids and meds. We spent ~ €570 (2591zl) — and the real cause of his suffering was NEVER even investigated. Moreover, they even didn’t notice (or likely ignore) his rapid weight loss for the 2 months (from 8.5 to 8,1 then 7.5!!!). They received from me full history, they have anything to take correct actions. My cat ended up needing emergency surgery in another clinic, where the doctors were shocked by the condition he had been left in. They did an ultrasound and contrast X-ray immediately. It turned out the colon was blocked with sharp, dry, stone-like feces, and the only solution was urgent surgery. He was properly sedated, cared, and finally saved. Let me give you 2 examples of how do they treat animals & why you particularly must avoid dr. Alieksandra Owczarek: 1) I was hesitant about hospitalization at first, (2nd visit) but they assured me they’d monitor him closely and care for him properly. In reality? - They didn’t feed him (“because of allergies”). (Why so expensive place does not have hypoallergenic food?) - They didn’t examine him, blaming “aggression/stress.” So my cat—in pain and needing help—was left alone, simply because they didn’t know how to handle a frightened animal. At our next clinic, the same cat, in the same condition, was treated with empathy and professionalism. They calmly performed ultrasound, contrast X-ray, and catheterization—with zero issues. This isn’t about “cat's character". It’s about the skills and attitude of the staff. When I got him back from Veterio, he was traumatized, withdrawn. No one knows what he went through there behind closed doors. 2) Our last visit was a nightmare. They suggested hospitalization again with the same treatment, and when I asked if there was anything new we could try, Dr. Owczarek said: “I don’t have anything new to say.” I insisted to stay with my pet (by the way, we were in a room of 20°C — I had to cover him with my own blanket). When his condition worsened overnight, I pleaded for help. Her reply: “It’s night, what do you expect?” “There’s no right solution.” 2 days later, another vet clearly identified the only correct solution: emergency surgery. I asked Dr. Owczarek to at least do something — like fecal evacuation. She agreed reluctantly, making it clear this was my idea. I asked her 2–3 times to confirm he would be unconscious and will not feel paim. She assured me: “Don’t worry. He won’t feel anything. And you get him home when he wakes up”. She rushed the sedation, visibly irritated, unwilling to wait even a few seconds longer. Then… they brought me a fully conscious cat, trembling severely & uncontrollably. I asked with tears in my eyes: “Why wasn’t he sedated like you promised?” She smirked: “All I can say is that he was calm.” And when he hissed (out of fear of she approaching him to take catheter out), she snapped: “It’s NOT OKAY — I work till 8 a.m. and want my hands intact.” She also said things like: “I don’t want to do this… but I have to.” This isn’t veterinary care. This is cruelty. (There were cameras — if audio is recorded too, I invite you to check for yourself.) But that’s not all: * They mark “stressed animal” in documents instead of doing their job. * When your animal is critical — you wait over 1 hour. * No triage, no urgency. You literally have to fight to be seen. * Only one receptionist who juggles phone calls day and night — so you wait. * The clinic is expensive — yet many reviews (and my experience) show the help is incomplete and careless. I wrote this to warn you and to protect your animal. Avoid this place. Avoid this doctor. You might not get a second chance.

  So we called the clinic because of emergency with our dog, and they told me we could come right away. We came within 10 minutes and they told us to wait. Turned out they have personnel switch hours and we need to wait for 1h. My dogs’ paw hurts and we waited !We left without any help since after an hour we needed to wait for 10-15 minutes more. And the Vets were chatting. I don’t recommend

  I cannot tell you how incredible this clinic is. They have saved my dogs life and their compassion and care for the animals is the best I have seen in Warsaw. I highly highly recommend this clinic and it's veterinarians, especially in an emergency situation.

  I want to thank the specialists at this veterinary clinic. True professionals, dedicated to their work. After visiting other clinics, only here I felt confident and calm about my pet’s health. Great service, attentive staff, and high expertise. Highly recommend!
