  They save my female Yorkie life from pancreatitis she was in bad condition, I'm glad we took her on time and they are 24 hour. They helped another male Yorkie I have that was having issues with his stomach and nobody was discovering what was the problem. Recently again my female Yorkie had corneal ulcer after coming back from the groomer, and they were spot on the issue and she recovered in 3 days. The only thing that makes me upset is that sometimes we go there and I don't know what happens but they let us waiting for over 1 hour. This didn't happen only one time unfortunately. Prices are very high, understandable specially if you are using the emergency services after hours but it's really high. Thank you for everything! 🙏❤️

  Unclear about pricing when you arrive. Take advantage of this and we paid 416zl without even seeing the Vet for unnecessary treatment that we informed them we wanted to leave without further treatment as they realised nothing was necessary. Will not use them again.

  We had a wonderful experience at this clinic. We visited late at night with our dog, and the care provided was exceptional. The team was quick to perform an X-ray, which allowed for an accurate diagnosis. The staff here is simply amazing—empathetic, polite, and highly professional. It was also a relief that they spoke English, which made communication smooth. We followed up the next day to discuss further treatment and now our dog is healthy and doing great. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of urgent care for their pets!

  Super fast, kind, and spoke excellent English. We were in Zakopane with my small dog on a holiday Saturday ... when he swallowed a sock ... a serious danger for tiny dogs. Being abroad made everything more stressful, but they were amazing. We had to drive there from Zakopane at night, and they were already waiting for us. The vomiting injection worked, and everything turned out fine. Thank you!

  Impressive level of a veterinary clinic in Kraków. I'm not sure what those negative reviews I see here about. In our case everything was on a high level. I also like that there is such a nice vestibule with even a coffee machine. I also found parking as a plus. Prices are not that high compared to other clinics. I would say they are the same, but the quality is higher.
