⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We’ve been using KoniczynaVET, Gabinet Weterynaryjny since October 2025, and after four months of regular visits, I can honestly say this is the best veterinary clinic we have ever experienced.
We have three dogs, Jessy (adopted from a shelter over 12 years ago), Molly (with us since 2015), and Archie (since 2020). Over the years, we’ve visited many vets, but from day one at KoniczynaVET, the difference was impossible not to notice.
The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and very well organised. You immediately feel welcomed, not rushed. Appointments are respected, and what impressed us most is how much time the doctors dedicate to truly listening, explaining, and making sure everything is clear. As dog owners, we never felt left with unanswered questions or uncertainty.
We had a quite complex dental treatment done for one of our dogs and are now planning another surgery for another one. Every step was explained calmly and in detail, both during the visit and later in written notes. The level of care and transparency is exceptional. On one occasion, another doctor was even asked to join briefly just to explain a specific detail, which shows how collaborative and patient-focused the team is.
We would especially like to thank and recommend the doctors we worked with directly:
• Aleksandra Tomkowicz-Bogacka, for her outstanding and compassionate eye care
• Urszula Witkowska-Prymek, for her professionalism and calm, thorough explanations
• Anna Złot, for excellent diagnostic work, including ultrasound
You can truly feel that the doctors care deeply about the animals and about the people who love them. The level of professionalism, empathy, flexibility, and medical quality is outstanding.
We wholeheartedly recommend KoniczynaVET to any dog or pet owner looking for a clinic they can fully trust. This is a place where both animals and owners are treated with respect, patience, and genuine care. 🐾❤️

I took my dog here for a routine teeth cleaning under general anesthesia (Propofol was used). The procedure itself went ok, but the way a later issue was handled disappointed me.
A small mammary lump my dog had had unchanged for over a year, became swollen right after the dental procedure. I was told it was probably just a reaction to the ECG electrodes and it should resolve in hours. As It didn’t, I returned to the clinic the next day and insisted on a cytology. Weeks later (the lump had gone back to usual size by then), I receive a short phone call late in the evening saying cytology results were back and interpretation was a “likely malignant” mast cell tumour. This news was followed by an email with a full cost estimate for major surgery involving mammal and lymph node removal. The actual lab report was only shared upon request (as it was available in polish only). The whole approach felt impersonal, rushed and transactional, and didn't resonate with what I had seen in my dog's skin and behaviour over the last year.
I sought a second opinion. The new vet repeated the cytology and had a very different interpretation of the results (highly differentiated mast cells), which along with my dog’s history led them to present different alternatives, with the recommendation to proceed with targeted surgery on the impacted area only. Histopathology confirmed a low grade malignancy tumour, fully removed with clean margins. During this surgery my dog suffered a drop in blood pressure with Propofol, rightfully disclosed to me in that moment. Something this clinic didn't mention as a possible prior reaction after the teeth cleaning procedure.
The second clinic also provided excellent care and communication at all times, at half the cost you quoted. For me, this isn’t about money — I would pay anything for my dog’s well-being — but this is about empathy, transparency, and taking the time to explain options to people faced with important health decisions for their beloved pets. Do better.

21.07 Edit: Thanks for the technical explanation and the PubMed links. My review was never questioning whether medical protocol was followed; it was about the transactional approach and the way this situation was communicated: a rushed call in the evening, costs before full context, with no real explanation and no empathy. Just like this reply to my review.
Truly, how this situation was handled gave me the worst night of sleep I've had in a while.
Appreciate anyway the professional behaviour, the acknowledgement of my feedback and the good wishes for my dog. Likewise for your clinic.

Very professional and friendly service, I highly recommend! I've decided to move my cat here from another surgery after a visit with Dr. Kucharska. She was very helpful and explained things clearly, in 2 languages

I recently had my dog, Tiffany, undergo cataract surgery on both eyes at KoniczynaVet, and I cannot express enough how transformative the experience has been for her. Before the surgery, Tiffany was hesitant and fearful due to her vision impairment.
The team at KoniczynaVet was professional, compassionate, and extremely skilled. They ensured Tiffany's comfort throughout the process and provided me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision. Post-surgery, Tiffany is like a new dog—confident, playful, and full of life. Her improved vision has truly enhanced her quality of life.
I highly recommend KoniczynaVet for anyone considering cataract surgery for their pets. The positive impact on Tiffany’s comfort and fearlessness post-surgery is undeniable. Thank you to Dr. Aleksandra Tomkowicz and the wonderful team at KoniczynaVet for giving Tiffany the gift of clear sight and a happier life!
