  I went 2 times with my dog because it was out of my usual vet opening hours. 2 times very disappointed. Here are some examples of what happened: 1- The vet was not able to remove a simple tic from the belly and asked me to wait for it to grow and remove myself. 2- The vet was not able to diagnose properly and asked me to go to see a vet during the day. I started doubting if I was really at the vet or not…

  My elderly cat began to have trouble breathing at around 9 pm one night and I called several different emergency clinics. Luxvet 24 was the first to return my call, and I am so glad. They acted swiftly to diagnose her heart failure and perform an emergency procedure to drain fluid from her lungs. They saved her life that night. I have met several different doctors at this clinic, all of whom spoke excellent English and communicated clearly and compassionately. I felt that they were all very knowledgeable and their examinations were thorough and precise. Overall, I was impressed with the high quality of care, and I recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Luxvet, I will always be grateful to you.

  This clinic works 24\7, so when my cat felt bad, I rushed here. The vet was speaking good English and did whatever he could to help my cat. Unfortunately, my cat was terminally ill (he was diagnosed a month ago with late stage lymphoma) and it was impossible to help him, so he died. Doctor was very sensistive, gave me time to say my goodbyes and instructed me on what I can do next. I wanted cremation, so I was allowed to leave the body in the clinic and got contacts of crematorium that will handle everything.

  Worst experience ever, my dog with a clear breathing problem was accepted but was not reviewed by the doctor, he just put him on oxigen after some hors he said that was just stress and we can take him home, but when he was not OK and until that moment the doctor checked him. He stay all nigh and next day same story "just stress" we took him and barely survived in other clinic where they stabilized him in hours. No empathy, no professionalism, please never go to this clinic.
