  At this clinic, it feels like they want your pet’s condition to get worse so that you become a permanent customer. The vet literally told me: “You’ll be working just to pay for your dog’s treatment.” After three days of unqualified treatment for a critical injury that required immediate and proper care, my dog’s condition got worse. I went to another specialist, who told me my dog would most likely lose his vision — or even his eye — because of the completely incorrect treatment prescribed by this vet. On top of that, they prescribed a bunch of medications that were completely unnecessary and unsuitable for this situation, and strongly advised me to buy them directly from the clinic — only for me to find out later that their prices were two to three times higher than the actual cost elsewhere. Luckily, with the help of a qualified professional, we managed to save his eye, but if the first vet had acted properly and prescribed the right treatment in time, the damage would have been much less severe. When I went back to ask why such treatment was given in the first place, the vet said: “What does it matter? He has another eye.” Absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who truly cares about their pet’s health.

  ❗️❗️❗️ Absolutely NOT recommend this clinic! We’ve lost a valuable time, trying to listen and follow dr. Prescriptions…. But it was getting worse and worse… until we’ve found another proper clinic, where we’ve got right treatment and recovered our dog’s eye!

  ❌! Dr. Bryla does not want to help your pet. Sounds professional but wrong treatment that only leads to worse situation. Looks like he just wants to sell medicine to you as long as you visit him.

  Dr Bryła has been following our pets since I moved to Poland 9 years ago. He is an extremely competent and qualified doctor, up to date with new medicine and treatments. I trust his judgment, expertise and diagnosis a 100%. I am so grateful we have the chance to have such kind and caring doctor to keep an eye on our little family members :) Claire

  Dr Bryla is the best canine ophthalmologist I have consulted either in the UK or Poland. He is 100% professional and extremely caring with a wonderful rapport with dogs. He is also great in all other areas of basic animal care and will always refer to the very best specialists in the field if he is unable to help. He is highly respected by experts in the field of Ophthalmology internationally. I strongly recommend him.
