Absolutely tragic service. This isnt a clinic but a morgue with incompetent staff calling themselves 'vets' while in reality they are only good for a standard blood test-jab-deworn package. Brought my dog with small issue - he receives a medication that within 24h caused him to nearly drop dead from dehydration and side effects a realiable and educated vet would recognise as contraindications. Brought him againt only to receive poorly crafted advice comparable more to foretunetelling from tea leaves than actually educated diagnosis and management. Dog should have received antibiotic - didnt. Had to fight for IV fluids and electrolytes as I was refused even that. The vet clearly and openly couldnt answer why dog did not receive proper management with antibiotics from the get go but recommended openly putting the dog down as she was uneager to take further and proper treatment. Absolutely outrageous attitude. Lack of skills, knowledge and instead making easy christmas bonus on owner and pet suffering. Nothing but experimenting on animals and lack of knowledge of common pet owner. I sincerely wish the vet who 'took care' of my dog and condemned it to suffering and death gets to be treated by human doctor with the same kind of approach, knowledge and attitude in the future.

Vet clinics are such places where you typically can read some terrifying reviews if you check the lowest ones. Our baby was terribly mistreated at luxvet (eg overdosed) where already at the reception had bad experiences… Here at Multiwet from the reception til the end my experience can be described as an honest and professional with dignity. Thank you.

We had a very disappointing experience at this veterinary clinic. Initially, we were told the total cost for sedating our 15-year-old cat, doing blood test, X-rays, and getting a diagnosis would be around 700–800 zł, and that we could pick her up the same night. We agreed. Later, we were told the actual cost was 1,200 zł just for the tests and visit, plus 900 zł for an overnight stay, and an additional 270 zł for an ultrasound scheduled for the next day. We declined and we were charged only what we were kind of promised (819zl), which was fair, given the circumstances. When we came to pick her up, we found out they hadn’t even done the X-rays. They told us she was unlikely to walk again and prescribed medication that didn’t help much. In retrospect, leaving our cat overnight would have only made things worse — she would’ve been alone, stressed, and without any real benefit. And at an extremely high cost. The next day, we visited another clinic outside Warsaw. They ran the necessary tests, treated her properly, and now she’s almost fully recovered. The total cost — consultation, X-rays, and medication — was much lower (300zl). Even including the round-trip Uber, it was cheaper than this place. Sadly, the clinic’s approach is unethical and feels more like a business than a clinic that truly cares about animals.
