  Such incredibly nice people!! From receptionists to the vets. They speak English (medical english - which is really important thing!!) and it's a very nice and well-equipped clinic. I've never actually been to a vet clinic where they had different specialties - there were only vets that would treat everything.,. .but not really specialized like here. Coming from someone that spent obscene amounts of money on her pets, I don't find this clinic to be expensive for what they offer.

  Fantastic rehabilitation clinic. My dog has been going there for the last two years, and despite all the issues she has, she is in great form. Dominika, the rehabilitator, is a fantastic professional and a lovely person.

  A HORRIBLE experience with PSYCHODNIA: they are unorganized, unprofessional, using scamming techniques and they are overpriced and unreliable (they generally don't call back and sometimes you call and they say they are busy and they "will try to call back" and they hang up on you suddenly). Stay away from that clinic, I deeply suggest you. They scammed us with 240z (free visit and x-rays). They forced us to pay for a free visit they had informed us on a printed document would be free. The only pseudo document they gave us was an informal paper about after the surgery, and it said: "The post-operatory visit after 3 months and the x-ray are free of charge". They didn't write anything stating that that free visit had to be exactly 3 months later. They used the invalid excuse that we got there on the 4th month. They don't have clear policies nor clear info and they use that to provoque confusion so they can charge you extra or something they promised would be for free. Our pet had a surgery there and from the beginning, they didn't give us a list of how many tests, visits and medicines we would need nor a pricelist. One day the secretary wanted to charge me 100z more and luckily I noticed she had proposefully added xtra 100 to the bill. They constantly changed the date and time of the appointments, the same day, unilaterally. They play with you money by being chaotic and unorganized. They know how to de devious. They are overpriced and they are located practically outside Warsaw. They failed to send me test results via email twice. They told me on the phone: "We forgot to send it". I officially filed a formal complaint at the Police Station, as well as to Office of Competition and Consumer Protection in Warsaw (Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów). The victims of scams (like us and many others) and UOKiK need to stop this malpractices. Psychodnia lost a client, they are now exposed and being investigated for what they do. I have proof of my claims: phone calls, emails, recordings, pictures. It is sad and pathetic that PSYchodnia chooses to lie instead of doing things honestly. I encourage everyone who had a similar experience to denounce them and file a report to the police and UOKiK.
