I had just a short transit stop in Kraków during my vacation, and I urgently needed help for my cat. Luckily, I found this veterinary clinic. The doctor was very kind, attentive, and professional. Even though I was a traveler with limited time, they gave us the best care and support.

When our cat of 15 years began to decline, we took him to Dr. Magda, and she did everything she could, showing compassion, care, and understanding throughout the entire process. We fought hard, and while in the end it wasn't possible to save our beloved family member, the experience was a positive one despite the outcome. In his final moments we were all there with him, and he was ready to go, peacefully and relaxed. Thank you for everything. If there was any place we could choose to have this happen, I'm glad it was here.

Owing to my cat's overall good health, it's been only recently that we had to head for the vet. Our previous visit here was 10 years ago. On each occasion - vaccinations, neutering, stay-in treatment ten years ago and the most recent diagnosis and treatment, we have met with understanding, proper attitude to the pet and expertise knowledge. Highly recommended.

Update, Easter 2025: while the previous review stands, I must say that Wojtek, who I claims to be THE specialist in rare diseases with EU collaborations, has been beyond disappointing. After being at the clinic 3 or 4 times and calling to ask if I could send tests results for him to check in advance and gain time, in light of a rare inflammation no one knows nothing about, they said yes, gave me his email address and asked me to share everything. I did. I followed up. I wasted 6 weeks waiting for an answer and an appointment. Today, Easter Monday, Wojtek emails me @we work with animals not with emails. If your dog is really sick make an appointment “. I have no words. He is not only dismissive, and a master gaslighter, but beyond unprofessional. In the end, he does not know what’s in the tests results and instead of telling me, he wasted valuable time and justifies it with such an email. I should have never trust his claim of collaboration and knowledge. Someone who readily assumes we, owners, are lying… should not be in this profession. The lack of empathy goes beyond anything I have ever seen before. Definitely not recommended unless you want to have a really hard time and be heartbroken while waiting for weeks. The reception is great to buy medicines though. We found this vet on a Sunday. It was open! The receptionist was the most helpful person I’ve met on a wet on a Sunday. We went there in person a couple of times afterwards to buy some medicines and treats, and the other receptionist is lovely too. Both have perfect English too. I’ll update this review when I meet the Dr, but these receptionists need the own good review! It’s so inexplicably hard to find helpful, nice receptionists in Wet clinics somehow, so this is a great finding.

It’s the best vet in Krakow and very affordable. I recommend them because they take care of your kitty and are very nice people!
