  Visited the vet with my kitten in December. Was empty,no queue. The vet Dominika wasn't the best in my total opinion. At first she was listening to my stray kitten story - he was already at vet previously,on antibiotic etc . but it looked like it's so surprising story for her because whole visit she was making faces ... Yes I was happy that she checked my kitten temperature,yet was bit concerned about the thermometer she used since my kitten due being ill since the beginning wasn't vaccinated yet. When she asked me to put kitten on scale and table I was surprised that in such a nice looked over internet clinic they don't use disposable paper towels. I asked her if she can put some paper before I place my kitten on the table and scale she's wasn't so happy and she didn't hide it . We discussed about best treatment for my kitten even she was trying to convince me that testing I've done at home ( giardia, panleukopenia,kociat katar and others) isn't trustworthy and my kitten has kociat katar. I told her my kitten tested positive for cat coronavirus,she said most of them they positive. She prescribed antibiotics for two weeks which resolved my kitten sneezing and he feels much better. I also dewormed him there , was again surprised that she used plastic not disposable syringe for deworming tablet application and asked me to help hold kitten. Even he was stray cat and I told her he sometimes is wild and jumping on my face and biting she said oh yes he look wild ... Not sure what make her to say that because he was very very calm whole visit,after the check up was lying on my knees but while she try to make check up on him since the beginning he was hissing at her , haven't done it before in vet. Today after my kitten used toilet I've seen he's poop is partly green not sure if from food I bought him last time as few times happened after new food he had wired poop or the deworming tables she prescribed for next two dewormings are working this way . Also seen on Google now that for 2 kg kitten ( my kitten is now nearly 3 kg ) dose is full tablet,she prescribed me 1/2 twice each month . For my kitten eyes she wrote prescription for human eye drops to use together with antibiotic ,which I haven't bought and my kitten eyes healed without. I paid 220 zl for visit, she charged me 20 zl for writing prescription,20 zl for deworming tablet application and some other dihreaa , probiotic tablets I bought at time . Plus another 35-40zl I should of pay in pharmacy for eyes drops . All together 255 zl . Even seems mean for polish people I must say prices in Poland of everything is just like a joke ... Been living in London for 16 years , had cat ( black domestic bread ) for 9 years and the most I paid was all inclusive visit for 100£ when i took my cat when he was suffering depression for few months after being for weekend with bully dog he didn't like . All 7 years i use to take my cat once a year to local clean vet clinic for 40£ which includes everything such a immunizations , deworming etc . Apart of this since he was going outside was buying for few pounds 2 times a year max fleas solution. When he was little I paid 20£ or something similar for castration which he never had any complications after. In general my London cat was eating whole life Felix food ,was once a year at vet for cheep money , had 5£ monthly insurance and don't remember him to be ill , apart of vomiting due to eating daily grass from garden. He had beautiful shiny fur and never was ill. Before i decided to use this vet clinic i called them , discussed over the phone my kitten symptoms and story, lady over the phone told me in cases as my kitten they usually don't give tablets ,they give injection on visit . When I asked how much visit will cost she said 110 zl . In total I do not recommend this clinic, but also I'm happy someone finally prescribed my kitten antibiotic for at least two weeks so poor stray kitten can live better life and be more happy than starve in dirty outside rubbish place .

  Chciałabym napisać milion dobrych rzeczy, ale nie wiem, które z tych milionów słów będą najlepsze, by oddać wdzięczność i podziw dla tej kliniki. To jest najcudowniejsza i najlepsza opieka medyczna dla zwierząt. Polecam z całego serca! W grudniu nasza Malinka przeszła tutaj operację. Choć nie mieszkamy w Polsce, mamy zapewnioną opiekę medyczną non stop – za każdym razem, gdy coś się dzieje, możemy liczyć na pomoc. Nawet dzisiaj, kiedy zadzwoniłam do Pani Lidzi, natychmiast poprosiła o zdjęcia i dokładnie powiedziała, co zrobić. Widać, że lekarze pracują tu z miłości do zwierząt, a nie z obowiązku. To ogromne szczęście, że trafiliśmy właśnie do tej kliniki. Nasza Malinka, a także wszystkie nasze przyszłe pieski, będą już tylko i wyłącznie pod opieką Pani Lidzi i całego zespołu. Dziękujemy za wszystko!

  Polecam każdemu klinikę. Dwa lata temu sterylizowałam tu sunię, w ubiegłym tygodniu był tu kastrowany mój pies. Ona zabiegi wykonywał doktor Kacper. Niedoczynność tarczycy u mojego szczeniaka została wykryta jednym spojrzeniem, a badania krwi tylko ją potwierdziły. Bardzo empatyczni lekarze i przystępne ceny.

  Z całego serca polecamy 😊 Pani Lidka jest z nami od początku swojej działalności,pomagała nam w różnych psich i kocich sprawach, nasze zwierzaki były zawsze zaopiekowane, ratowane do ostatniej chwili, jeśli zaszła taka potrzeba - o różnych porach, niezależnie od urlopu czy czasu wolnego - zawsze wspiera nas przynajmniej radą. I kiedy zjawiamy się na kolejnej wizycie właściwie nie zagląda w kartę bo nie musi, zna towarzystwo i doskonale wie czego im trzeba. Dziękujemy ❤ i do zobaczenia wkrótce 😊
