I want to say that this has been my best experience with veterinary clinics in Krakow so far. We’ve had two urgent appointments here, as well as routine check-ups for my cat. Every time, the entire staff is incredibly kind and shows great empathy toward my cat. Dr. Dorota is always very patient and attentive to details, and remarkably, my cat remains calm with her — which is quite rare for us! One particularly great aspect is that the doctor always follows up with an email explaining the test results and providing further recommendations. A big thank you to all the staff at Figaro Clinic!

Professional, knowledgable and and helpfull. Our dog got sick while we were visiting Krakow and they helped us imediatelly. If we lived there, would be our chosen vets :). Thank you once more!
