  The veterinarian Ms. Agata has modern knowledge and a great approach. She adheres to best practices standards and is also very patient with worried pet parents. The lady at reception is very kind and welcoming as well. Dziękuję bardzo 💗

  A truly passionate and loving vet office where the prices are fair and the doctors/nurses/assistants are really caring for your pet’s wellbeing. Also there is English support too, which is a huge plus for foreigner pet moms/dads. :)

  My sorry in front of the Polish readers, but my Polish language is so poor, so I have to write in English. This is going to be a long review in order to prevent people of putting the 5-star feedback just for fun. I visited this clinic, based on the Google rating, and honestly have no clue, why it is so high. Average place, average people, more than average prices. The place is small, too difficult to stay there at the receptionist desk if there are more than 2 people at the door. I haven’t talked to the miss Agata herself and can’t tell much about her medical approach, but had a chance to evaluate the other two doctors. My visit was strictly directed: I knew what I was needed and what to expect from the visit. All my thoughts, fears and expectations were described to the last at the desk, dog had a stomach pain, sickness, vomiting, etc., but when finally I came in to see the doctor, I was met by a specialist of a «CHIRURGIA MIĘKKA, CHIRURGIA ONKOLOGICZNA»… Jesus, how come? Pan Mateusz is a nice guy, big specialist in his sphere or medicine, BUT NOT THE ONE I NEEDED TO. He is able to take a blood, to make an injection, but 90% of the time spent in the room, I was forced to listen about cancer-related things of my dog and possibility of a surgery. Too difficult to argue when you have a language barrier, however, pan Mateusz knows English well. I paid almost zl 400 and the major amount of those money were spent for nothing related to the problem I came with. And this was the part 1 only. Next day, after a sleepless night next to the dog who was still sick, I made some conclusions and estimations. I had decided to visit LOVET again to get the medicine, my dog needed. My conclusions were made, based on my 13-year experience of treating the retrievers and several calls to another doctors abroad. But when I came to the clinic, I faced pani Aldona, who is the specialist of «CHOROBY WEWNĘTRZNE PSÓW I KOTÓW» and got no help. Zero. Her position was pretty straight: «I don’t know / I don’t care». She did not opened my dog’s file, she did not take a look at the dog… zero help, with the silly conclusions. Also I have been informed that my dog’s lab results are made and done, but the doctor who is «my doctor» is off and not able to inform me. My questions to the management of this clinic are: - Why the dog with the vomiting and the stomach ache is consulted by the oncologist? - Why the first-time visitor has to fill some piece of paper in with the personal details, but then, the receptionist is not able to put the correct name, phone and email address in to the system, which is ridiculous? - Why the visitor is not being given the result of the visit (diagnosis, medicines given, etc.) at the end? - Why the doctor which has a day-off did not shift (delegated) his responsibilities to inform the patients with the lab results to another doctor which is on-duty? This leads to the treatment delays and says about carelessness of the staff. Of course, the clinic management will reply back to this feedback that I am wrong, they did right and bla bla bla, but I don’t care, really, will never come again (at least till the time I hear that all 4 my notes left are fixed) and want to inform the potential visitors about what they have to expect from LOVET. P.S. a couple, who came a bit before me - got 15% off on their new visit… I was not offered such an option. Pitty, as well.

  My cat and I came into this clinic, because we needed oncologist help and X-Ray. I'm grateful Agata Drewniak for her patience, kind heart, deep veterinary knowledge and long dialogue that really helped me to stay calm and be sure in the next cat’s cancer treatment steps. She also knows English perfectly. Highly recommended!

  I was in the clinic once in October because I have an 11 years old german shepherd and I wanted to PREVENT any future problems with hip and limp. I have a really good vet already for years, but I was suggested to go to doctor Dadej as he was supposed to be specialized in orthopedic. Unfortunately, our experience there (I was with my girlfriend) was not good. First of all the colleagues of Doctor Dadej working there were not skilled ... to take come little amount of blood from my dog ​​they had to try several times in 3 different legs! Also, we felt the doctor was not really empathic and mostly focused on suggesting an expensive injection of acid in her hip di lei. They made the X-Ray of my dog ​​in several positions (after making her sedated) and the results were a few X-RAYs made not really well. Our veterinary was really disappointed with these pictures (regarding the position of the bones, etc) and was surprised that these pictures were taken with the dog sedated. What more, after a few days our dog started to ... limp for the first time !! We don't know if it was because of the bad manipulation of her body di lei during the X-RAYs or a bad coincidence, but for sure it was really sad and strange to see her limping. We went to prevent and ... Luckily after good therapy given by our vet, our dog never limped anymore. I wouldn't recommend and come back.
