  We love it here, 💙💕 all the nurses and the vets are doing good job, they all know what they are doing, my dog loves everyone there and speak perfect English

  Been trying to get them to cancel my dogs old passport for over 6 months so we could get him a new one. They provided the passport but in the end went through another vet that arranged it in a matter of 2 days. Maybe a nice place to get a dog his vaccinations but any bureaucracy i wouldn't deal with them as each time it's the same story. "The person with access isn't here", "I don't know and need to ask someone later". Absolute drama to work with them.

  If it comes to regular visits or vaccination than it looks fine. Some vets are very good, some are disaster and nurses are friendly. But when it comes even to minor problem please be aware that you will be reffered to Mrs. Duda who loves to do USG and than the problem starts. All blood tests and USG we did there were with bad results. Before New year they told us the problem still exists and we should give same medication which they previously told we should not to because they do not work. Then they told us to go to other vet to take the medicaton because they had renovation even they did not tell us about that. Then we decided after few months of agony to change the vet and blood results were fine, no issues on USG, and problem the dog had was cured very quickly. Our dog suffered for a long time because we were going to Mrs. Duda and we are very dissapointed. We do not recommend. Not to mention how much money we spent for nothing.

  There were 2 vet clinics which we contacted. The first one didn't even bother to respond. I highly recommend this vet clinic. They are very nice, quick and explain everything about your pet's situation very clearly. It is also affordable and they speak English which is a big help for us. I cannot complain about them, I simply like it.

  Everyone at Hyrax is very professional, skilled, caring and selfless. As a bonus, every staff member speaks English and is able to communicate information well. Their website provides an appointment booking system and although not available in English, it is easy to maneuver. If all else fails, calling the vet office and booking in English is a safe secondary option. All in all, Hyrax is very accommodating and I strongly recommend this office to anyone unsure of which vet to choose.
