In my opinion, this clinic is very money-oriented. We visited this clinic many times, but not always with a positive experience. Once I found a lump under my dog’s skin, and they suggested doing a biopsy (puncture) — we agreed. The first time they said they found nothing and suggested repeating the procedure — we agreed again. In the end, they told us they still didn’t know what it was. So I paid twice, but the result was zero. Another time we came for an X-ray. The vet handled my dog so roughly that I thought she might break his legs. I held myself back from yelling. When we showed the X-ray results to a vet at another clinic, they said the X-ray was done poorly and was not informative. My last visit was the most unpleasant. My dog swallowed some meat on the street, and I came to the clinic to get an injection that induces vomiting. They told me it could be done without an appointment and without any problem. In the end, I was charged for the injection and an additional 100–120 PLN for a consultation that didn’t happen. I paid, but later realized: what consultation was I paying for if I just came for an injection? They told me, “that’s how we charge.” I was shocked because the injection cost 38 PLN, and they also charged me 100 or 120 PLN for a non-existent consultation. By the way, after that injection, my dog had a lump at the injection site for almost half a year. After all this, I was once again convinced that the clinic is primarily money-oriented, even though we were regular clients and I had previously overlooked negative situations.

We had an emergency spay at this clinic because our dog had uterine inflammation during her heat cycle. When I asked whether they would remove everything, I was told “yes.” A week after surgery, the discharge and odor continued. The clinic itself suspected that ovarian tissue might have been left behind - WHAT!? Later it turned out that they had not removed the uterine stump, even though the uterus was inflamed and the surgery was supposed to remove the entire source of infection. This stump continued to cause inflammation, and our dog had to take antibiotics for another 2.5 weeks. We still don’t know what consequences this might have in the future… When we later returned with a skin problem, we clearly told the staff that our dog had previously had a strong allergic reaction to fish oil. However, this was not taken into consideration and instead she was given a strong antibiotic injection and sent home with additional antibiotics (our dog felt unwell for three days, and we decided not to give the antibiotic pills that were prescribed by the clinic). Of course, the skin condition only got worse. I wish there had been transparency about what exactly was removed during surgery and a clearer, individualized approach to treatment.

I don’t even know what to say… I came there with my dog a year ago because he was loosing fur. Doctor told me to just wait and it will grow back, nothing needs to be done. After it was getting worse and worse I came back and they sent me to dermatologist. She was helpful at first, but I don’t think she knew what she was doing. It would take a week to get a recommendations after a visit. You have to also constantly remind them if you want to get any test results. After the last tests I contacted them 3 times to finally get results, they told me that doctor will reach out to me. Now it has been almost a month after and she never did. Luckily I found another clinic that had it together. My dog has testicular tumour that he wasn’t checked for and it was definitely missed on ultrasound. So going here was waste my dogs health and of my time.

The price from the tooth clearing got 50% higher in less then 5 months. This place used to be very good in the past but after all the problems that I had here I’m not coming back. Starting from them forgetting to perform part of a surgery and not even a “hey, excuse me”, from booking one appointment and getting to the clinic and they saying “we have nothing booked for you” from an abusive increase of 50% (from 550 to 750) for tooth clearing on a small dog. And all they do on clic is saying that the raises came from the general manager and they have nothing to do with it. So if you really love your pet (surgery problem), your time (booking problem) and your pocket (raise of prices) please consider looking to another place, I believe it was not a pure coincidence.

The lady was so rude. It was the first time that my dog went there. She didnt even try to introduce herself to my dog. She just directly tried to measure my dogs fever. Then blame my dog being so aggressive. Horrible. Do not recommend.
